I can’t give your my sincere apology from bottom of my heart to you!  Why?   Because it is not from my heart.

I just wrote it under the condition.  I also can not accept your 3 requests.  No more additional practice?  Why don’t we do that?  Don’t you have to do more practice when you are not doing well?  You will get overtime pay, better skills, more experiences, and will do well on the performance.  You will get 4 birds with throwing just one stone.  I just don’t understand why you are not willing to do that.

We already talked about your self respect.  The third, I would like to ask you one thing.  Have I ever wrongfully given you hard time not related to your skills?  Have I confused you because I didn’t prepare well?  Have I?  Then, what is the problem?  My wording?  In summary all of you are saying to change it.  I am sorry.  I can’t change it.  I have been this way from learning to speak, mommy and daddy, if I exaggerate a little.  That’s why all of my family don’t like me.  What should I do?  It is my nature. 

However, I promise one thing.  You will strictly have all the extra money paid based on the overtime and performing time and etc. on time.  We belong to city and play the national anthem for free.  No way!  You are subject to be paid every single sound you make.  We don’t play unscheduled events.  We don’t play along with the mayor’s son, daughter, cousin, or in-laws.  We only walk following the predefined schedule. 

Most of all I won’t make you embarrassed.  I will make you proud to be in front of the music you supposed to play, composers, audiences.  I will make the each and every audiences get touched by our music.  That’s my main purpose and my dream.  I would like all of you to have the same dream.
