Temptation of wife recorded rating of 40.4% – highest among daily dramas

“Temptation of wife” of SBS reached view ratings of 40.4 for the first time on January 29. In spite of heated debates over the unrealistic storyline, the dramas seems to follow the successful footstep of a recently closed drama of KBS, “You are my destiny”.
When “Temptation of wife” started in November 2008, its rating was just around 10%. However, with fast storytelling and characters daring excessive moves, the drama drew more and more audiences and now became the most popular daily drama in Korea.
The drama reached a stage where Eun-jae (Jang seo-hee), who was betrayed by her husband (Byun woo-min) and friend (Kim seo-hyung), is finally paying them back.
With the success of the “Temtation”, now SBS is having a temptation to extend the drama beyond original episodes. This is not surprising considering the drama recorded highest rating among all the daily dramas SBS made since its establishment in 1991.

jagina/ yes. you are right. the drama was extended to 129 episodes and will end on May 1st. Last time I checked (episode 107), eunjae was still alive :-)
